I’m a Communications Consultant and Coach with wide-ranging experience, including within Oxfam, Cancer Research UK and The Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
I’ve travelled extensively and lived in Beijing, Los Angeles, London and Edinburgh.
Prior to consultancy, I was Head of Communications Engagement at Oxfam, leading the charity’s brand, integrated communications, internal communications and translation teams.
My education includes an MA in Linguistics and English Language (1st) and an NVQ in Leadership and Management.
Publications
I’ve published a chapter on intercultural communication, featured in an internal communications book ‘From Cascade to Conversation’ and co-authored an eBook ‘Disrupting the Function of IC – A Global Perspective’ alongside experts from six continents.

Awards
I’ve been awarded ‘Internal Communicator of the Year’ at the Institute of Internal Communications Icon Awards. I’ve also been highly commended for the Clare Latham Award for best individual contribution to internal communication at the CIPR Inside Awards.
